Detroit Police Search for Missing 13-Year-Old Girl

(WWJ) Detroit Police are calling on the public to help them find a missing 13-year-old girl.

Lanyah Hopkins was last seen Friday, April 24, around 11pm in the area of Lahser and Pembroke. Police say she got out of her mother’s car and ran away after an argument.

Lanyah has scars on her left and right biceps. She is about 5’3” and 130 pounds. The teenager disappeared wearing an army fatigue bandana, a blue and orange Tigers windbreaker jacket; and black and white jogging pants with the word LOVE written on the leg.

Police tell WWJ Lanyah is in 'good physical and mental condition.'
