ROSEVILLE (WWJ) - A man in Roseville is in custody after allegedly pointing a gun at officers.
The incident unfolded around 11 p.m. Monday after police received calls about a man creating a disturbance in the area of Masonic east of Kelly Road.
When they arrived at the scene, a 26-year-old man armed with a handgun allegedly started pointing his weapon toward the officers.
Officers shot at the man, but didn't hit him. He tried to run away, but was immediately tackled and taken into custody.
The man suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment. None of the officers were hurt.
The incident remains under investigation.
