(WWJ) -- Sports fans should be able to place their bets legally just in time for March Madness this year in Michigan. That's after Governor Whitmer and Lansing lawmakers said "yes" where previous administrations had said "no."
On this week's episode of In Depth from WWJ, host Rob St. Mary takes a look at how sports and online betting is coming to Michigan.
Interviewed on the program are Richard Kalm, the Executive Director of the Michigan Gaming Control Board, and Marvin Beatty with Greektown Casino.
Kalm and Beatty talk about the legal, regulatory, and gaming industry sides to this new effort in Michigan.
