ROCHESTER (WWJ) - Police are investigating allegations of a sexual assault on the campus of Oakland University.
The alleged incident happened last month, but the school's police department says it just recently received the report. The woman told police that a man she knows attacked her inside a residential building on campus.
Police say the investigation remains active and an arrest has not yet been made in the case.
The suspect is described only as approximately 20-years-old, 5'10" tall and 220 lbs.
University police are reminding community members and the public that consent must be given before any type of sexual activity.
