(WWJ) Police continue to investigate after a suspicious man in disguise entered a metro Detroit mosque Saturday.
According to a Facebook post from the Muslim Community of Western Suburbs page in Canton, a man disguised as a woman in a Niqab -- a scarf that covers the face -- entered the campus at about 10:30 p.m. and walked around for 10-15 minutes.
The man's motives are unclear.
After following the suspect's movements on surveillance cameras, the man was confronted by an armed security guard and fled.
The community says they have increased security measures and notified the Canton Police.
