(WWJ) It's the date local theater fans have been waiting for...The producers of Broadway in Detroit have announced today that tickets for the Detroit showing of HAMILTON will begin on Friday, January 25th.
The smash hit show uses rap and different genres of music to recount the life of Alexander Hamilton.
Presales are available through the Ticketmaster Verified Fan program which aims at weeding out scalpers. Registration for verified fan got underway Wednesday morning.

There is a maximum purchase limit of four (4) tickets per household for the engagement. Tickets range from $80 - $185, with a select number of $485 premium seats available. Ticket prices include facility fees and parking.
And if that seems pricey, note that the Broadway run of the show still has prices ranging from $350-$800 per ticket.
