To make it bigger and better, Facebook is helping to raise awareness of charitable causes and amplify donors’ generosity by matching up to $7 million in eligible donations made on its platform during Giving Tuesday 2019. Donation caps and terms apply.
If you're looking for a local effort, the Heat and Warmth Fund, known as THAW, is collecting through Facebook's Giving Tuesday initiative.
For more than 30 years, THAW has kept the lights and heat on for our most vulnerable neighbors with utility assistance, energy efficiency education and access to wraparound services. Over 92% of every dollar raised goes directly to those in need.

Facebook’s match for GivingTuesday 2019 begins at 8 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
Donations are matched dollar for dollar on a first-come, first-served basis until $7 million USD in eligible donations are made on Facebook.
