(WWJ) A week after police announced that four teenage girls had gone missing in Detroit, they revealed another two had disappeared.

But the latest case is different: Officers are hoping someone in the public spots the girls after they "ran away after being punished."

Twins Keara and Raykeianna Reeder were last seen Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2020, at approximately 2 p.m. at their residence in the 15000 block of Manning. It's unknown what type of punishment was meted out or what the girls had done, but police said both twins were suddenly gone.

Keara Reeder is described as a 13-year-old black female, 5'2", 120 lbs., light complexion, brown curly hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and lime green/black basketball shorts.

Her sister Raykeianna Reeder is described as 13-year-old black female, 5'4" 130 lbs., medium complexion, black curly hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt and gray shorts.

Keara and Raykeianna Reeder are both in good physical/mental condition.

If anyone has seen Keara and  Raykeianna Reeder, or knows of their whereabouts, they are asked to please call Detroit Police Department's 9th Precinct at 596-5900, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up.
