(WWJ) An alert issued from the University of Michigan this afternoon said police were dealing with a barricaded gunman situation.
The situation resolved peacefully several hours later, police reported.
The man was inside a home on State Street, the main hub leading to campus.
All are being told to stay away from State Street, Kingsley, Lawrence and Ingalls.
Of course, this comes as much of the campus, including classrooms and dorms, are closed due to coronavirus fears.
