(WWJ) A police standoff with an armed woman came to a peaceful end this morning.
Police say the 25-year-old was holed up in her duplex along St. Marys Street -- near I-96 and Greenfield -- with her 5-year-old child inside.
Investigators believe the incident started as some kind of dispute with a neighboring family who lived in the home below the woman's unit.
They say she took a gun and locked herself inside. Police were able to talk the woman out of the home.
No shots were fired and no one was hurt.
