ANN ARBOR (WWJ) -- One fan was arrested for sexual assault and ten others were ejected on Saturday during the Michigan vs. Rutgers game at the Big House.
The University of Michigan Division of Safety reports that the sexual assault involved unwanted touching, which is a 4th degree misdemeanor and punishable of up to two years in prison, a $500 fine or both.
The assault is the most serious offense reported so far this year at Michigan Stadium.
The other ten ejections included two for intoxication, six for violation of stadium rules, and two for disorderly conduct.
During the three previous home games played this year at the Big House, six other fan ejections have occurred, and 35 incidents have required paramedics to assist with first aid and emergency services.
Many of the incidents have been alcohol-related, according to police.
