Detroit Police Commander Matthew Fulgenzi said the shooting happened at around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, at Woodward Ave. and Marston St.

Fulgenzi said a preliminary investigation leads police to believe this was a targeted shooting. The suspects got out of their car and went right to the victim.
Police are looking for men, although no descriptions were provided. The suspect vehicle is a dark=colored four-door vehicle.
Fulgenzi said it remains a "very fluid, ongoing investigation" and there are no suspects in custody at this time. He said police are looking for men in a dark-colored four-door vehicle. No further description was provided.
