DETROIT (WWJ) -- Have you see this missing Detroit teen?
The Detroit Police Department is asking for tips as investigators search for 14-year-old Nakia Anderson, who went missing on the city's west side on Tuesday.
According to police, Anderson was last seen by her family on Dec. 10, at her home in the 7300 block of Westwood, near Evergreen Rd. and W. Warren Ave.
The family reported that Anderson left home with without permission, with an unknown person in a black Dodge Charger, and did not return.
Anderson is described as a Black female, 5'2'' tall and weighing 160 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants, and black Crocs shoes.
Anyone who has seen Anderson, or who knows where she may be, is asked to call Commander Vernal Newson of Detroit Police Department's 6th Precinct at 313-596-5640.
