ALLEN PARK (WWJ) We’re learning more about the month-long disappearance of 14-year-old Detroit twins.

Multiple sources report the twins, Anieca Ogden and Aniya Ogden, were found in a hotel in Allen Park with a 30-year-old man.

They had been missing since March 8 after leaving their home without permission in the area of Curtis and The Lodge. Allen Park Police announced they had been recovered on April 8 and “safely reunited with their families.”

According to MLive, Allen Park Police reported to the Comfort Inn on Enterprise Drive, near I-94 and Outer Drive, on reports of a stolen credit card out of Nebraska had been used to pay for a room.

The teens ran away a month earlier while visiting their grandmother in River Rouge, their father told FOX 2 Detroit; he found them and brought them home, only to have them leave without their cellphones a day later.

Marcus Peoples of Highland Park was charged with fraud, using a stolen credit card, and harboring missing juveniles. His bond is set at $150,000.

When the twins were found, Detroit Police said in a statement: "Thank you to the community and to the Allen Park Police Department, who assisted in finding the twins and bringing them home.”
