SHELBY TWP. (WWJ) -- An investigation is underway in Macomb County's Shelby Township, after what police say was a double homicide at a used car business.
Shelby Township Police said they were called to do a welfare check at Star Auto Sales, on Ryan Rd. near Auburn Rd., at around 12:30 p.m. Friday.
When officers arrived, they found a 48-year-old Clinton Township man and a 40-year-old Shelby Township man both dead.
Workers at a nearby business told WWJ Newsradio 950 there remained a heavy police presence in the area, into the late afternoon.
Police are not releasing any further information, including the men's name or how they died, as the investigation continues.
