
MACOMB TOWNSHIP (WWJ) A Macomb Township man was arrested and arraigned for allegedly distributing large amounts of cocaine and Xanax, and having three guns--including an AR-style rifle.
The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office said the Sheriff’s Enforcement Team executed a narcotics search warrant on Worlington, near Garfield and 21 Mile, on Thursday (10/24). Deputies arrested Justin Bedford, 21, “without incident.”
During the execution of the warrant, they found and seized: 82 Xanax pills, one gram of cocaine, three strips of Suboxone (a medicine used to treat dependency on narcotics), $1,206 in cash, an AR-style rifle, a 9 mm Glock handgun and a .380 Smith and Weston Bodyguard handgun.

He was arraigned in Clinton Township district court Friday on the following charges:
-One count of Controlled Substance—delivery/manufacture (Schedule 4)—a 4-year felony
-One count of Controlled Substance—Possession (Cocaine, Heroin or another narcotic)—a 4-year felony
-One count of Weapons Felony Firearm-a 2-year felony
-One count of Tampering with Evidence-a 4-year felony
He was issued a $10,000 personal bond with random drug testing and Community Corrections inpatient programming.
