
DETROIT (WWJ) -- The Detroit Police Department says a young woman who'd been missing since Christmas Day in the city has been found.
Police said 21-year-old Samore Willis left her home at around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024. After a week went by and she didn't return, her family reported her missing on New Year's Day.
The evening of Jan. 15, police provided an update stating that Willis was recovered. They didn't say where she'd been, and no further details about the case were provided.
