CLINTON TWP. (WWJ) -- Macomb County's big outdoor mall is adding some new stores — including a popular candy shop.
The Mall at Partridge Creek on Friday announced four new tenants are planning to open in the mall in summer 2026, adding to the shopping center’s mix of more than 80 stores, restaurants and entertainment sites.
The new additions include:
- Chaos Collection: A 1,165-square-foot, women-owned boutique located across from Pandora. The pop-up store features Michigan-made and Detroit-inspired apparel, accessories, and customizable items. It will remain open through the fall.
- The Friendship Factory: A 1,471-square-foot retail and event space for children and tweens. Located near Zales by the MJR Theater, the business hosts birthday parties, summer camps, and special events.
- Perfumania: A national fragrance retailer occupying a 1,499-square-foot location next to White House | Black Market.
- Sully’s Sweet Shop: A 1,200-square-foot, family-owned candy, ice cream, and fudge shop. Located next to Kids Empire, it is scheduled to open later this summer.
“From sweet treats to Detroit-inspired clothing, The Mall at Partridge Creek is adding new options for families looking to enjoy a day out this summer with four new local and national brands,” said Carmen Spinoso, CEO of Spinoso Real Estate Group, the firm that leases and manages the mall.
These openings follow the arrival of the world's largest Powerhouse Gym, which opened at Partridge Creek earlier this year as an anchor tenant.
These new additions arrive as Partridge Creek, like many other malls, navigates a changing retail landscape that has seen the departure of several high-profile tenants in recent years.
The shopping center lost major department store anchors when Carson’s closed amid a 2018 corporate bankruptcy, followed by the departure of Nordstrom in 2019.
More recently, in August 2025, the mall lost its Apple Store, a prominent fixture since 2007.
The Mall at Partridge Creek is located in Clinton Township, along Hall Road (M-59).
