1. Pączki Day Party at Eastern Market
Join Eastern Market Brewing Company and Detroit City Distillery in Detroit's Eastern Market this weekend for a Pączki Day Party! Riopelle Street will be shut down for a celebration stretching both indoors and outdoors. Enjoy delicious food from Hamtown, Srodek's and tons of pączki from the legendary Hamtramck. Plus, live music, and course, the Paczki Day Vodka will be flowing with special cocktails galore.

2. Royal Oak Brewery Frost & Foam Party
Toast the winter season in fun fashion with the annual Frost & Foam Party at the Royal Oak Brewery! Head to the Biergarten patio and party hard in the face of Old Man Winter. Pints of RO Brewery's award-winning house brews will be discounted during the event, and there will be delicious food available for purchase created especially for the party. As per tradition, the theme is Yacht Rock!

3. Canterbury Village Cupcake Crawl
Treat yourself to something sweet this Valentine's weekend with the Cupcake Crawl at Canterbury Village! The shops of the village will each feature a different mini cupcake for you to sample as you stroll, and you can vote for your favorite at the end! There will also be food available for purchase at the C-Pub patio, along with outdoor fire-pits and more. It's a great family outing or a fun pre-Valentine's date!
Saturday, Feb. 10 - Sunday, Feb. 11 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Canterbury Village in Lake Orion
Love is in the Park! The People for Palmer Park will celebrate love and Black History Month this weekend at Winter LoveFest. This pre-Valentine's Day event will be held at the historic Palmer Log Cabin. Inside the adjacent heated tent will be live music, African dancing and drumming, art-making, hot cocoa and treats, games and prizes, and much more. Outside, enjoy horse and carriage rides and winter sports!
Saturday, Feb. 10 from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. at Palmer Park in Detroit
Attention night sky enthusiasts! Brace yourself for an extraordinary evening as Michigan Science Center hosts their first 21+ event of the year with After Dark: Lights Out. Prepare to be captivated by exhibits, music, interactive experiences, live science demonstrations and more as you explore the science of light and dark. Plus, "Laser Dark Side of the Moon" reaches into Pink Floyd's 1973 masterpiece to create a mind-bending light and sound landscape. Mi-Sci's current featured exhibit, Above and Beyond, will be open to guests as well.
