1. Marche du Nain Rouge

All are welcome to join in the annual Marche du Nain Rouge, a parade for all Detroiters and their friends! Everyone is invited — young and old, from all walks of life — to come together and banish the dreaded Nain for another year. Wear a costume and be ready to celebrate as the procession moves down the Cass Corridor and ends at the Masonic Temple, where the Nain may appear, and the party will begin!

2. Blake's Easter Eggstravaganza

Grab your family and get ready for a fun-filled, Easter-themed day at Blake's Orchard and Cider Mill's Easter Eggstravaganza in Armada! Hop through the orchard and fill your basket with bright colored eggs, snap a photo with the Easter Bunny, and fill up on Easter treats from the Cider Mill. Or sit down and enjoy a delicious meal inside Blake's Tasting Room. You won't want to miss this family-fun day at Blake's!

3. Lumberjack Day

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and maple syrup enthusiasts of all ages: you're invited to join the DNR Outdoor Adventure Center for a 5K fun run at Lumberjack Day this weekend! After running the Dequindre Cut, head inside for activities that include a maple syrup infusion at the Pancake Breakfast, a visit from the DNR Forest Resources Division, and chances to learn about Michigan lumbering history. All participants are encouraged to wear their favorite flannel apparel and sport their grizzliest lumberjack beard. Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed!

4. Michigan Sneaker XChange

Sneakerheads unite! Michigan Sneaker XChange — the largest sneaker and streetwear trade show in the state — returns this weekend to Huntington Place in Detroit. Buy, sell, trade and network with over 150 vendors and over 2,000 fellow sneaker enthusiasts. Enjoy a selection of over 20,000 items featuring sneakers, streetwear, vintage clothing, local clothing brands, accessories, home goods and more! Carry in up to four pairs of sneakers and one bag of apparel/accessories with general admission.
