
DETROIT (WWJ) - Police and family members are searching for a missing 75-year-old Detroit woman after she left her home Tuesday evening and did not come back.
Monrovia Hicks, 75, was last seen around 6:30 p.m. on March 7 in her gray Honda CR-V in northwest Detroit. Police said she was driving away from her residence on the 18000 block of Rosemont Street near the Southfield Freeway and Outer Drive -- she was has not been seen or heard from since.
Hicks is described as a Black female standing around 5' 7" and weighing 140 lbs. She has short gray hair and brown eyes. Police did not say if she has any identifying marks or tattoos.
Police added that Hicks was wearing a black hat and flowery shoes at the time of her disappearance, but a further clothing description was not available.
