WARREN (WWJ) -- An 8-year-old girl is currently hospitalized after an early morning apartment fire in Macomb County.
Firefighters arrived on scene at the Warren Manor apartments that went up in flames at around 6 a.m. Wednesday.

WWJ's Mike Campbell said flames were contained inside one building at the 480 unit complex along Dequindre Road, near Eight Mile Road,
The young girl who was injured was taken to Children's Hospital in Detroit, according to Warren Fire Department Battalion Chief Jeff Slone, but he didn't know how severe her injuries were.
People who live in the apartments say they saw at least one person carried out on a stretcher. No other injuries have been reported.
A cause hasn't been determined as fire crews are still pouring water on the remaining hot spots.
