(WWJ) – The college football season is heating up as we enter the final four weeks, with the playoff field starting to take shape.

But all anyone’s seemingly talking about in Michigan – and far beyond – is the possible in-person scouting and sign-stealing scandal the Michigan football program is at the center of.

Particularly, the scandal centers on low-level staffer Connor Stalions, who is accused of buying tickets to dozens of future Michigan opponents’ games, carrying out an alleged “vast” operation involving video-recording opponents’ sidelines with the purpose of stealing signs.

On a new Daily J podcast WWJ’s Zach Clark takes a look into whether the program launched a “James Bond-style spy mission” and what punishment Michigan could face if the latest scandal turns out to be true.
