(WWJ) - Less than a week after the Detroit Red Wings won the 1997 Stanley Cup, Vladimir Konstantinov and two others were injured in a limousine accident.
Twenty-five years later, Konstantinov still requires around the clock care, but thanks to a change in Michigan's auto insurance laws, he may lose it all.
