
BLOOMFIELD HILLS (WWJ) -- Fire departments from across Oakland County responded to a massive house fire in Bloomfield Hills on Halloween.
Officials told WWJ Newsradio 950 that nine different departments responded after fire alarms sounded and a 911 call came in at 2 p.m. Tuesday. from the 100 block of Lone Pine Road, between Woodward Ave. and Cranbrook.
The Bloomfield Hills Public Safety Department said firefighters arrived on the scene and found heavy fire conditions in the second-floor attic of the mansion.
Flames could be seen shooting through the roof, with heavy smoke rising into the air through the afternoon.

Officials said crews were still working on fighting the fire late into the night.
In an update shared Wednesday, Public Safety said two firefighters suffered minor injuries, and were treated and released from medical care.
No one else was hurt.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation
