DETROIT (WWJ) – Authorities are renewing calls for tips in a Hazel Park double murder six months ago.

Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for tips that lead authorities to Keko Martin and Ricco Hicks.

Martin and Hicks are accused of shooting and killing Nathan Jacobs and Eddie Matthews on Jan. 14.

Police said back in January the victims were found on a Friday afternoon shot to death in a car parked outside of a banquet hall between John R Road and East Evelyn Avenue.

A third suspect in the case, Michael Hicks, was already arrested.

Officials say Martin and Hicks are believed to be from the east side of Detroit. Authorities did not release descriptions of either suspect, but have released their photos.

Crime Stoppers is asking for tips in the case that lead to their arrests. Anyone who knows something is asked to submit a tip by calling 1-800-SPEAK-UP or on the Crime Stoppers website.

All Crime Stoppers tipsters will remain 100% anonymous.
