WAYNE COUNTY (WWJ) - Police have blocked all, but one lane of traffic on northbound I-75 on Thursday morning as emergency crews work to clear the freeway of a crash involving a bus and semi truck.

According to WWJ's Dennis Neubacher, a tractor-trailer jackknifed at the Schaefer exit in Wayne County. A bus then collided into the back of the truck.

Neubacher said there was heavy police presence along with wreckers, which were working to remove the two large vehicles.

Only the far left lane is open.

Neubacker suggested drivers detour at the Ford Street exit or get on at I-94 and jet up to I-75.

It is unknown if there are any injuries at this time.
