
MACON TWP. (WWJ) -- Michigan State Police are investigating an incident that ended with a car smashed into the porch of a home in Lenawee County.
According to the MSP Monroe Post, it happened just before 7:30 a.m. Thursday, in Macon Twp., which is southwest of Saline.
Police said a crash investigation revealed that the involved vehicle — a red passenger car seen in a photo released by MSP — had been forced off the roadway by another driver, who then left the scene.

After leaving the roadway, the red car slid across a section the front lawn of a home before crashing into front porch.
The driver, a 37-year-old Tecumseh man, was not injured, police said, and no one else was hurt.
There is no description at this time of the suspect or the suspect vehicle involved.
MSP said alcohol is not a suspected factor in the crash, as the investigation continues.
