DETROIT (WWJ) Detroit Police are searching for a 14-year-old girl who left for school one week ago and never came home.
Police said Carmen Martinez was last seen leaving her home a week ago Thursday (9/23) at 7 a.m. on Freeland (20,400 block) in the area of 8 Mile and Schaefer.
Carmen never came home.
Her mother said she had been in contact with family members but refuses to disclose where she is.
She is described as 5'1" and 130 lbs. She is physically fit and in good health, according to her mother.
