Detroit police say young man who went missing after leaving home in July has been recovered

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit Police say a young man who disappeared more than a month ago in the city has been recovered.

Police said Laurence Robbins Jr., 20, was reported last seen leaving his home on W. Grand St. in the area of Livernois and Davison on Monday, July 1.

On Aug. 14, the police department provided an update stating the Robbins has been recovered.

Police did not say where he'd been, and no further information was released.
