DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit Police are searching for a man who may be connected to a deadly shooting near Indian Village.
Investigators put out a photo of a man in his 50s whom they are a calling a "person of interest" in a deadly shooting on August 3, in the area of Burns and Goethe.
The Indian Village neighborhood — well-known for its beautiful, historic homes — is located about three miles from downtown, on the city's east side.
The shooting happened near midnight Monday, and the body found on the sidewalk by a passerby the next morning.
Police said the man in the photo was allegedly seen with the victim shortly before he died.
