DETROIT (WWJ) - One person, possibly in his teens, is dead and another is injured after someone opened fired on Detroit's northwest side early Tuesday morning.
Now Detroit police detectives are piecing together what led to the overnight shooting -- and who is responsible.

When police arrived on scene, they discovered the body of a man or boy, possibly in his teens, with fatal gunshot wounds. At this time, Donakowski said the victim is being referred to as a John Doe until they can identify him.
