(WWJ) - Severe storms ripped through Southeast Michigan on Monday, causing power outages and boil water advisories that have shut down schools across the listening area.
As of 7 a.m. Tuesday, roughly 70 schools in Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Sanilac, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties announced they would be closed.
