DETROIT (WWJ) - Police say a Detroit woman diagnosed with a mental disorder went missing over a week ago and the search is on to bring her home.
According to the Detroit Police Department, Tanisha Moore, 31, of Detroit was last seen on Aug. 31 after she left her home on the 11600 block of Belleterre around 12:00 p.m.
She never returned.
Family members told police Tanisha is living with Bipolar Disorder.
Tanisha is described as a Black female standing 5' 4" tall and weighing 200 lbs. She has brown eyes and black hair. She has no known identifying tattoos, scares or marks.
She was last seen wearing a white tank top, blue jean shorts, gray sandals and carrying a black purse.
