
DETROIT (WWJ) - Police say one victim is in critical condition after a heated argument between two men led to one hitting the other with his car on the city's westside two days ago.
Detroit police said they're looking to track down the suspect in the incident, which occurred around 10:30 a.m. on Monday in the he 15400 block of Joy Road.
According to authorities, the suspect and a 53-year-old male victim were engaged in a heated debate in a store parking lot when the argument turned dangerous.
Police alleged the suspect hit the victim with his black Buick sedan and sped off from the scene.

The victim was taken to a local hospital and is listed in critical condition.
Police have released photographs of the suspect and his vehicle in hopes the public can help make a positive identification.
The images were captured from a location in the area that participates in the city's Green Light Project.
Stores involved with the project have installed real-time camera connections with police headquarters. The Green Light Project helps Detroit police officers deter, identify and solve crime.
