
DETROIT (WWJ) -- Police are offering a cash reward for information on a murder that happened two weeks ago on Detroit's northwest side.
The Detroit Police Department said the 42-year-old victim was approached on Friday, April 15, at approximately 8:39 p.m. in the area of Grand River and Hubbell.
As the victim was about to enter a dark blue Chevy Impala, an unknown suspect exits the passenger's side of a light-colored minivan, approached the man and fired shots -- fatally wounding him.
The suspect then entered back into the minivan and fled the scene with and an unknown driver.
The DPD is looking for the suspect in connection to the homicide and offering a $1,000 cash reward to anyone who can provide info that leads to an arrest in this case. If you have info on this crime, submit a tip here with case #2204150306: http://ow.ly/25o950IRFwE
