CLINTON TOWNSHIP (WWJ) -- An investigation is underway in Macomb County following a deadly single-car crash overnight.
The Clinton Township Police Department says a man is dead after crashing his car on the Harper exit ramp from westbound I-94 just before 10 p.m. on Thursday.
According to investigators, the man drove off the side of the exit ramp and down the embankment, at which time the car rolled and the driver was ejected from the vehicle.
It is unknown at this time if the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the crash.
