(WWJ) A Wayne County man already jailed on rape charges for allegedly attacking two elderly women in Dearborn has been arraigned on additional charges in the assault of a Downriver girl.

The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office on Monday announced six more criminal sexual conduct charges against 52-year old Michael Shawn Holcomb, of Ecorse.

According to investigators, Holcomb physically assaulted and raped the 13-year-old victim inside a home on Meyer Avenue last week, before fleeing the scene.

The registered sex offender was tracked down and arrested by the Dearborn Police Department later the same day.

In the Allen Park case, Holcomb has been charged with the following: Six counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree, six counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct – Third Degree, one count of Unlawful Imprisonment, one count of Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm by Strangulation, and one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct – Fourth Degree.

“The alleged facts in this case will show that this defendant is a dangerous person whose predatory behavior seems to know no bounds,” said Prosecutor Kym Worthy, in a media release.

“This is one of the worst cases I’ve seen as a sworn police officer for over 28 years. I have full faith in our Detective Bureau and the Wayne County Prosecutor to find justice in this case,” said Allen Park Police Chief Christopher Egan.

This comes after Holcomb was arraigned on a long list of felony charges, including first-degree criminal sexual assault, torture and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, on March 20.

Those charges are in connection with a Dearborn case, in which police said Holcomb knocked on the victims' door and told them he was there to work on the roof. He then entered and attacked, tortured and raped 85-year-old and 78-year-old sisters, police said. The women were taken to a hospital for treatment of severe injuries.

Holcomb was arraigned Tuesday in 24th District Court in the Allen Park case and was remanded to jail without bond. He will be back in court for a probable cause conference scheduled for April 1.
