WOODHAVEN, Mich. (WWJ) -- With Michigan lifting remaining COVID-19 restrictions earlier this week, we’re returning to the days of summer movie going and one metro Detroit theatre is offering an all-inclusive deal to make getting back to the movies even more exciting.
Emagine Woodhaven reopened on Wednesday, with an all-inclusive deal for $20 -- or $15 for kids and seniors -- including a movie ticket and an all-you-can-eat concession pass.
“This is the first all-inclusive theater in the country,” Emagine Senior Director of Operations Steve Falgout told WWJ’s Jon Hewett. “So this is a little bit different, where you don’t buy a ticket and then buy a popcorn and then buy a soda. You buy a ticket and it includes everything.”
Customers can get pizza, popcorn, chicken tenders, candy and pop, all at no-added cost. Falgu noted that while the theatre does sell alcohol, it is not included in the deal.
The deal is only being offered at the Woodhaven location, located on Allen Road, between West and King Roads.
The $20 ticket price, and $15 for kids and seniors, is in effect all day on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, as well as until 4 p.m. and after 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Prime-time tickets on Fridays and Saturdays -- from 4-9 p.m. -- are $25 for adults and $20 for kids and seniors. The all-inclusive ticket is available for everyone for just $15 all day on Tuesdays.
For those not interested in the all-inclusive deal, individual movie-only tickets are still available. Adult tickets are $12, except for prime-time weekends, when they are $14 and on Tuesdays, when they’re just $7. Regular child and senior tickets are $10, while prime-time tickets are $12 and Tuesdays cost just $5.

The theatre had previously been the AMC Woodhaven, which was owned and operated by Emagine from 2009 to 2017. Upon reopening, the theatre will feature 10 screens with luxury recliners paired with stadium-style seating, enhanced concessions and self-serve Coke Freestyle pop machines.
