(WWJ) A woman from Grosse Pointe Woods is looking for her husband.
An Endangered Missing Advisory has been issued for 38-year-old Samuel Nevins.
His wife reported him missing when she got home from work on Monday, reporting that he walked away from their home on Manchester Road, near Moross and Mack Avenue.
According to police, who are now in investigating, Nevins' phone has been turned off and he left a note suggesting self-harm.
His wife said he suffers from depression.
Nevins is described as a white male, 6 feet tall and weighing 185 lbs., with light brown hair and blue eyes.
He may be wearing a black coat, blue shows and a white and black hat.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call police at 313-343-2410. If you see him, you should call 911.
