LIVONIA (WWJ) -- The public is being asked to call police with any information about a missing Livonia man, who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.
An Endangered Missing Advisory was issued Friday for 62-year-old Mark Seyler, who left his home in the area of Five Mile Rd. and Middlebelt sometime between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Friday.
According to Livonia Police, Seyler lives with unknown mental health issues, and was "possibly going through a mental health crisis" when he left the house on foot.
Police said Seyler left his cell phone, hearing aids, keys, money and his medication at home.
He does not drive and is known to use a bicycle for transportation, but he also left his bike behind, police said.
Seyler is described as a white male, 6'0'' tall and weighing around 176 lbs., with blue eyes, gray hair, and a gray goatee and moustache. He has small scars on his forehead.
Police said Seyler was last seen wearing gray tennis shoes, and may be wearing black jeans and carrying a black backpack.
