(WWJ) Has anyone seen Kevin Phelps?
Detroit Police are reaching out to the public for tips to help find the 51-year-old man, who has been missing since late last year.
According to family members, Phelps hasn't been seen or heard from since he attended a family function in the 800 block of Oakman Blvd. on December 30, 2020.
His family is very concerned about is well being and safety, according to police.
Phelps is described as 6'5" tall and around 140 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black coat and blue jeans, and is believed to be in good mental and physical condition.
He is homeless and known to frequent the area of W. McNichols and Hamilton, police said.
Anyone who has seen Phelps, or who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the Detroit Police Department's Tenth Precinct at 313-596-1040 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up (1-800-773-2587). All those who call Crime Stoppers will remain 100% anonymous.
