(WWJ) By now most of us have heard someone say: "This meeting could have been an email."

Looking into the trend of frequent, long and possibly unnecessary meetings, the Harvard Business Review says executives are spending an average of 20-plus hours in meetings each week... and it could be hurting worker efficiency.
