Lions' fans can head to Ford Field's watch party to see Sunday's game against the 49ers

DETROIT (WWJ) - Ford Field is offering Lions fans who can’t make the trip to California a unique way to watch the game.

The stadium will show the Lions and San Francisco 49ers on all the video boards and display screens for fans who can’t travel to the game.

Tickets will go on sale for Lions Loyal members on Monday starting at 10 a.m. General public tickets will be on sale beginning at 3 p.m. Up to ten tickets can be purchased while supplies last.

According to the Lions’ website, the price of tickets will be $20 and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Detroit Lions Foundation for youth and high school sports. Up to ten tickets can be purchased while supplies last. Reservations can be made until Friday or the stadium reaches capacity.

Lions Loyal Members can get a discount by using the email associated with the membership, officials said.

Parking will be available for $10 in Ford Field controlled lots. Parking is first come, first serve.

There will be access to the 100 Level Concourse as well as reserved seating in the lower bowl to watch the game, according to the website.

Fans will be able to purchase Lions Playoff merchandise at the Lions Supply Retail Store, with “Power Hour” pricing from 5-6:30 p.m. at select locations. There will also be poster giveaways and an exclusive rally towel.

The watch party will include appearances and performances by Detroit Lions Cheerleaders and Roary as well as the Detroit Lions Drumline, Honolulu Boom.

Doors open at 5 p.m. and the NFC Championship game starts at 6:30 p.m.
