
(WWJ) The Michigan State Police First District is showing off nearly a dozen firearms seized during a raid on a home in Washtenaw County.
MSP on Wednesday released a photo of the weapons under the heading: "GUNS GUNS & MORE GUNS SEIZED."
MSP said the gun were found and seized on Tuesday when officers with the Livingston and Washtenaw Narcotics Enforcement Team conducted a search warrant at a residence in Washtenaw County.
Of the 11 guns, police said three were stolen. Police also seized some narcotics from the home.
Police have not yet released any details about what led to the search, and there is no information about a suspect or any arrests in the case.
MSP said investigation continues, adding: "Nice job by all involved."
The Livingston and Washtenaw Narcotics Enforcement Team, or LAWNET. is a cooperative, multi-jurisdictional unit of narcotic investigators comprised of personnel from municipal, county, and state law enforcement agencies within Livingston and Washtenaw counties.
