
HIGHLAND PARK (WWJ) Michigan State Police announced a major drug bust at a Highland Park home where police uncovered at least a half a pound of fentanyl and more.
MSP said the County of Macomb Enforcement Team (COMET) executed the search warrant at a home on Thursday, April 17.
COMET also discovered a half ounce of cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, two assault rifles, two pistols (one was stolen), a handpill press and narcotics packaging; according to MSP.
Detectives recovered $10,000 in cash "with intent to forfeit," MSP said.
MSP Second District Headquarters and Metro South Post assisted COMET.
The investigation is ongoing.
