
(WWJ) – Michigan, like many places across the country, is dealing with a shortage of teachers.
As districts across the state look for a solution, a potential amendment to a law passed in 2022 – which forces recently retired teachers to wait nine months before returning to classrooms – could alleviate some of the strain.
