(WWJ) A Macomb County man has been arrested, accused of allegedly drugging and raping a woman he met on a dating app. And investigators believe there may be more victims.
Deputies with the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office arrested 67-year old Charles Fouts, Jr. after a disoriented Fort Gratiot Twp. woman went to a neighbor's apartment and said she had been drugged and sexually assaulted.
During the investigation, officials said it was learned that photos were also taken of the woman without her consent.
Fouts, a Lenox Township resident, was still at the apartment where the alleged rape took place. That's where he was taken into custody,
He has since been charged with criminal sexual conduct, distributing an image of an unclothed person and using a computer to commit a crime.
Investigators said it's believed that Fouts has additional victims. They're asking anyone with information not to be afraid, and to please come forward.

Fouts was arraigned on Tuesday and remains jailed without bond, awaiting his next court appearance.
