CASCO TOWNSHIP (WWJ) -- A northern Macomb County man has died after a three car crash in Casco Township on Sunday.
The St. Clair County Sheriff's Department says a 58-year old Lenox Township man was slowing down to turn into a business on Marine City Highway shortly before 4:30 p.m. when his car was rear-ended by another vehicle that failed to yield.
The collision caused the victim’s car to spin into the westbound lane, veering into the path of on-coming traffic. He was then struck by a 2011 Dodge Avenger.
The Lenox Township man died at the scene. The two other drivers, one from Warren and one from Flint, weren't seriously injured in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
