Michigan State Police made an arrest after they say a man waved a toy gun during a road rage incident on the Southfield Freeway.
The victims tell police they were driving on M-39 near I-96 at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday when the incident occurred.
They were able to get the license plate number of the driver with the fake gun, and troopers traced that information to a vehicle in Roseville, where a 24-year-old man on probation lived. The gun was located in his house.
The man was arrested for felonious assault and transported to the Detroit Detention Center.
